How is this different from the Legal AI Assistant?

Same drafting engine, same workflow. The Legal version adds Speech Recognition Legal, an engine tuned for legal terminology and case citations, plus legal-specific templates. Professional uses standard speech recognition vocabulary and is aimed at any industry that runs on templated documents. Legal-specific features do not carry across to Professional.

Financial services, insurance, construction and real estate are the leading candidates — but it suits any business that turns conversations and paperwork into structured documents. If you have a template and a recorder, it applies.

Can it read the paperwork as well as the recording?

Yes. Attach up to five files per dictation — statements, invoices, photographs, PDFs — and the Assistant pulls the relevant facts from all of them into your template, not just from the audio.

Do I stay in control of the final document?

Always. Every output is drafted for your review and nothing is finalised or sent without your approval.

Does it replace our admin team?

No. It keeps the author and typist workflow you already use. The AI prepares a first draft; your team reviews and finalises it. Their work shifts from typing to checking, and the audio, transcript and draft stay together as one job.
